In 2017, Luca Moglia graduated with honours in Law from the University of Trento, with a dissertation on criminal law entitled “The criminal repression of commercial bribery” (Supervisor Prof. A. Melchionda).
From February 2017 to July 2017, he completed an internship at the “hearing section” of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Trento, assisting law clerks and prosecutors in their functions.
From October 2017 to March 2019, he completed an internship at the Court of Milan, providing support to the judges of first degree in deciding cases and drafting judicial measures, under the First Criminal Section (specialising in corporate crimes, bankruptcy crimes and tax crimes) and the Eleventh Criminal Section (specialising in computer crimes, conspiracy crimes, negligent crimes, industrial property crimes and criminal execution).
From June 2020, he began to collaborate with Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale, after having collaborated with Studio Legale Crippa Pistochini since April 2019.
He has been enrolled in the Milan Bar Association since January 2021.
He works in Italian and English.
