In 2021, Giulia Barattini graduated in law from the University of Milan – Bicocca, with a dissertation on criminal procedure entitled ‘Neuroscience as “phármakon“: antidote and poison for criminal proceedings’ (supervisor: Professor Oliviero Mazza).
From September 2021 to March 2023, she completed a training internship at the 11th Criminal Section of the Court of Milan (specialized in cybercrime, organized crime, negligent crimes, crimes against vulnerable persons and penal execution), providing support to the presiding Judge in carrying out all preparatory, concurrent, and subsequent activities related to hearings, as well as in the resolution of disputes and drafting of judicial decisions.
In March 2023, she began to collaborate with Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale as a trainee lawyer. She has been enrolled in the Milan Bar Association since 2024.
She works in both Italian and English.
