Chambers & Partners “Anti-Corruption Guide” 2021

Pistochini Avvocati Law Firm is delighted to announce that the 2021 “Anti-Corruption” guide, the aim of which is to investigate anti-corruption issues in the various legal systems, has been published on Chambers & Partners’ website. For the second year in a row, Pistochini Avvocati Law Firm has been entrusted with the care of the chapter relating to the Italian legal system, to the drafting of which contributed Alessandro Pistochini, Andrea Gaudio, Francesca Lazzeri and Marco Guarino Bagnasco, who examined the main types of crime against the public administration – both from the point of view of natural persons and from that of legal persons pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 – and dwelled on the most recent legislative innovations.
